Usually the same day. We answer the phones 8am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday, so an enquiry that lands in the evening is picked up the next morning. Whenever we reply, it comes with a firm all-in price — not a callback promise.
No — site checks are free, always. Most are done from a few photos over WhatsApp; if your site is tricky we come out and look in person, still at no charge.
Absolutely. Depot viewings at Eastern Creek are welcome by appointment — call ahead and we’ll have a unit unfolded so you can walk the tiers yourself.
Just written confirmation of the date, venue and package. We hold your date from that moment and send the certification and insurance paperwork straight away — payment is on invoice, not upfront.
