01The short version

This website does not track you. There are no analytics, no advertising pixels and no cookies set by us. We collect your details only when you choose to send them to us, and we use them only to answer you and run your hire.

02Who we are

Sydney Portable Grandstands Pty Ltd (ABN 84 684 067 909), of Office 5/18 Exchange Pde, Smeaton Grange NSW 2567, is responsible for the personal information described here. We handle it in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

03What we collect

When you use the enquiry form, we ask for:

• Your name
• Your phone number
• Your event date
• The number of seats you need
• Your venue or suburb, and anything else you choose to write in the message field

04How the enquiry form works

The form on this site does not send anything to a server we control. When you press submit, it opens a pre-filled message in your own email program, addressed to us. Nothing is transmitted until you send that email yourself, and nothing you type is stored by this website.

That also means your email provider handles the message in the ordinary way, under their own privacy terms.

05Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry, confirm availability and pricing, arrange delivery and setup, issue paperwork and invoices, and keep records of hires we have carried out. If you contact us by phone or WhatsApp instead, we use those details the same way.

06Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for marketing. We disclose it only where it is needed to deliver your hire — for example to our own crew — or where the law requires it.

07How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence and hire records for as long as we need them to run the business and meet our tax and insurance obligations, and then dispose of them securely.

08Cookies and analytics

We do not set cookies and we do not run analytics or advertising trackers on this site. If that changes, we will update this page before it does.

09Accessing and correcting your information

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@sydneyportablegrandstands.com.au or call 0447 060 862 and we will respond within a reasonable period.

10Complaints

If you think we have mishandled your personal information, contact us first at info@sydneyportablegrandstands.com.au so we can put it right. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
