Each Tow & Fold unit seats 200 people across nine elevated tiers, based on a typical crowd mix of adults, teenagers and children. Because the system is modular, we combine units to seat any crowd from 200 up to 1,000 and beyond — one grandstand or a full stadium ring.

The unit itself unfolds hydraulically in about 30 seconds. Our crew then locks the seats in, raises the guardrails and runs the safety checks, and we confirm a delivery and setup window with you in writing before the day so you know exactly when the stand is ready.

Yes. Every package includes delivery and professional setup within 50 km of our Eastern Creek depot, plus pack-down when your event wraps. Beyond 50 km, delivery is priced on application — send us the site address and we will put the transport cost in writing before you book.

Each unit tows in behind a vehicle, so we need a clear path wide enough for a car and trailer — roughly 3 metres — and firm, level ground to set down on. Grass, gravel, asphalt and compacted dirt all work. What does not work is a slope. We can install across a gentle crossfall of up to 2 degrees, which covers most sports fields and car parks, but anything steeper has to be levelled before we arrive — the engineering certification depends on it. If you are not sure how much fall your site has, send photos on WhatsApp and we will confirm it for free before you book; if it needs craning or extra plant, we put the cost in writing up front.

Yes — our grandstands are kept at Eastern Creek, so events at the raceway and surrounding venues start from $2,400 for up to 400 seats. Less transport for us means a lower rate for you.

Yes. Portable grandstand hire, temporary tiered seating, bleacher hire and spectator seating hire all describe the same thing: elevated, tiered seats brought to your site for the day and taken away afterwards. Ours is a Tow & Fold unit with nine tiers and 200 aluminium bench seats, guardrails on every tier and non-slip aisles, delivered and set up by our own crew.

Anywhere a crowd of 200 to 1,000+ needs a clear view: school athletics and swimming carnivals, rugby league and football finals, motorsport at Sydney Dragway and Eastern Creek, equestrian and polo, music festivals, race days, agricultural shows, graduations and community events. The same stand suits all of them, so if your event is not on that list, ask.

Two to four weeks ahead is ideal for most events, and longer for spring and summer weekends. That said, we keep flex in the fleet — call us even at short notice and we’ll hold your date while we confirm.
